Vorexion Internship Program – Official Description

Vorexion offers structured, performance-driven internship opportunities for students, freshers, and early professionals who want real corporate exposure in HR, Recruitment, Business Development, Marketing, Operations, and Consulting domains. This program is designed to build practical skills, improve confidence, and prepare candidates for real job environments through live projects and hiring assignments.

We offer 1-month, 3-month, and 6-month internship programs in which candidates work on real-world projects under expert guidance.

🔹 Internship Structure & Benefits

🔹1 Month Internship

• Unpaid internship

• No stipend and no job offer applicable

• A Certificate of Completion will be provided upon successful completion of the internship.

🔹3 Month Internship

• Total stipend of ₹5,000 for the full 3-month period, paid only after successful completion and meeting performance targets

• No full-time job offer applicable

• A Certificate of Completion will be provided upon successful completion of the internship.

🔹6 Month Internship (Career Track Internship)

• Performance-driven internship with potential full-time opportunity

• Monthly evaluation based on targets, consistency, quality, and contribution

• Full-time job offer (CTC) will be decided only after 6 months based on:

  • Overall performance

  • Force ranking

  • Business requirements

  • Role/domain

  • Educational qualification

⚠️ Important: No fixed CTC or job offer is guaranteed if performance standards or targets are not achieved.

🔹 Performance & Work Expectations

All interns will be evaluated on:

• Monthly targets and productivity

• Communication and professionalism

• Consistency and discipline

• Learning attitude and adaptability

Interns must maintain minimum attendance, working hours, and performance benchmarks to remain eligible for certification, stipend(if applicable), and future opportunities.

🔹 Resources & Reimbursement Policy

• Interns must use their own laptop, mobile phone, and internet connection

• No reimbursement will be provided for Wi-Fi, data, electricity, devices, or any personal expenses

🔹 Flexibility & Company Rights

• As per business needs, interns may be assigned or shifted to different domains, roles, or projects

• Vorexion reserves the right to modify roles, targets, structure, or evaluation criteria at any time

🔹 Legal & Compliance Terms

• This internship does not create an employer-employee relationship

• Completion of an internship does not guarantee a full-time job offer

• Vorexion reserves the right to terminate the internship at any stage due to:

  • Poor performance

  • Misconduct

  • Lack of discipline

  • Business requirements

• All data, client information, and company processes are confidential. Any misuse may result in immediate termination and legal action.
